Boska Ramen Gliwice

A ramen bar in central Gliwice. The menu has two ramens labelled vegan, made on a plant-based shojin dashi broth: Truffle Shoyu Vegan with mushroom wontons, shiitake, tofu inari and truffle oil, and a spicy Vegan Tantanmen with soy milk and cauliflower soboro. Orders also via Wolt.
