16th charity book fair for the animals of Fundacja Głosem Zwierząt in Poznań
On 7–8 November 2026 Fundacja Głosem Zwierząt invites you to Przystanek Pireus in Poznań, where you can pick books in exchange for a donation – proceeds help homeless dogs and cats.
About the event
Fundacja Głosem Zwierząt is holding the 16th edition of its book fair for the animals in its care. It takes place on Saturday and Sunday, 7–8 November 2026, 11:00–18:00, at Przystanek Pireus, ul. Głogowska 35, Poznań.
The fair is a public fundraiser – nothing is sold; you choose books in exchange for a donation. Every złoty goes to food, medicine and care for the homeless dogs and cats looked after by the foundation. Besides thousands of titles, the organisers also announce home-made baked goods and handicrafts.
The foundation is still collecting books: they can be dropped off in person or picked up after filling in a form. Please do not donate encyclopaedias, discount-store cookbooks or badly damaged copies. Books cannot be reserved – come in person during the event.
