Sorrir (IG, FB) (ul. Ratajczaka 18D, Pasaż Apollo): vegan, gluten-free and sugar-free; sold daily, orders possible. Prices differ by source: Głos Wielkopolski says PLN 25, Menu Miasta (updated 2 November 2026) says PLN 28, so expect about PLN 25–28. Tel. +48 696 561 947.

Kawastrofa (IG, FB): "świętowegańskie" croissants — half-puff yeast dough with slow fermentation, white poppy seed, almond and dried-fruit filling, icing with toasted almond flakes; about 240 g, PLN 26; walk-in only, no preorders (post of 5 November 2026). Address: ul. Księcia Witolda 32b/5. According to the bio, hours are Tue–Fri 9:00–17:00 and Sat–Sun 10:00–17:00; 11 November 2026 is a Wednesday.

Tricity.

Bezcukrze / Bez Cukrzenia (IG, FB): "Zdrowy Marcinek" — vegan, no added sugar, lactose-free, with white poppy seed and marzipan. Preorders from 4 pieces, PLN 23 each (about 160–170 g), prepaid, for 10 or 11 November; pickup in Gdańsk-Wrzeszcz at ul. Dmowskiego 12 or in Kolbudy at Plac Kaszubski 3. Baja Wegańska Cukiernia (IG, FB) (ul. Solec 85): "Marcinki" for 11 November — orders and company offers by email: baja.weganskacukiernia@gmail.com (post of 2 November 2026). Baja earlier described a laminated-dough croissant with almonds, roasted walnuts, homemade sponge, orange peel, vanilla and icing. Their online ordering platform (Orderye) showed it was not taking orders, so email is the safer route for now.

Rzeszów.

VeganoManiak Pracownia Ciast (IG, FB): its own croissants with white poppy seed, dried fruit and orange icing, sold while stocks last (post of 31 October 2026). That announcement did not give a price or opening hours for 11 November. Address in the VG database: ul. Podwisłocze 2A.

Kraków.

In vegan groups (including a post of 5 November 2026) people recommend the places below — community tips only; no verified 2026 vegan-croissant announcement found. Worth asking locally before 11 November.

Cukiernia Starowicz (www, FB) (ul. Św. Wawrzyńca 32): traditional bakery (not fully vegan) with labelled plant-based items; older roundups and reviews mention vegan versions of Polish sweets. No confirmed vegan St. Martin's croissant announcement for 2026 — ask on site.

Szklarnia (IG, FB) (ul. Krowoderska 39): fully vegan café; older lists mentioned yeast croissants with white poppy seed, but no 2026 season announcement.

Zgoda Café (IG, FB) (os. Zgody 7): sister fully plant-based café; no verified 2026 croissant announcement.

Damka (IG) (ul. Krupnicza 21): "Kitchen of Szklarnia and Zgoda", daily vegan bakes; no verified 2026 croissant announcement.
