Marta Rietz's pastry atelier runs two-day courses in 100% plant-based patisserie: 7–8 November in Szczecin (Mierzyn), 21–22 November in Wrocław and 12–13 December in Warsaw.

Participants learn to make 100% plant-based cakes and desserts: stable mousses without gelatine, fluffy egg-free sponges, working with pectin, agar and plant emulsions, and modern decorations.
The programme includes Pistachio & Cherry and Hazelnut & Chocolate cakes, individual desserts, carrot cake with chocolate mousse, panna cotta, tarts and a plant-based Lotus cookie cheesecake. The course is aimed at beginners as well as pastry chefs and owners of bakeries and cafés.
