Are hot spices vegan?
Short answer
Chilli, pepper, paprika — yes, they are plants. Blends may contain cheese powder, meat flavourings or honey in a glaze. Read the blend, do not fear heat.
Heat has nothing to do with animals. The trap is BBQ mixes and cheese seasoning.
Spices with oil and “natural flavour” return to the depends rule.
