Free webinar: Do you see animal abuse? React wisely and in accordance with the law.

The Association of Lawyers for Animal Welfare invites you to a free webinar "Do you see animal abuse? React wisely and in accordance with the law." The event will take place on October 6 at 6:00 PM and will last 60 minutes plus 30 minutes for participant questions.

During the meeting, the lawyer will explain, among other things:

• how to recognize that the treatment of an animal may violate the law,
• what constitutes animal cruelty according to regulations,
• where to report suspected abuse,
• what information and evidence are worth gathering before reporting,
• when to notify the Police, municipal guard, local government, and when a social organization,
• what to do if an animal needs immediate help,
• whether there are consequences if the report turns out to be unfounded.

The last 30 minutes of the webinar will be a Q&A session – participants can describe a specific situation and hear how to react effectively, safely, and in accordance with the law.

The organizers emphasize that you do not need to know the regulations by heart to help an animal. It is enough to know when and how to react.
