As the only ones in Poland, we smoke tofu using wood - the traditional method. Currently, this is a very rarely encountered preservation and food processing technique that gives the product a unique taste, aroma, and texture. We have many years of experience in this process, and our production is characterized by high quality and an artisan nature. The capacity of the smoker is very limited, so once it is filled, we close the list for specific smoking.

1. Smoking takes place twice a month
2. The product is shipped the day after the production process - ensuring freshness
3. The shelf life is 4 weeks, counted from the day of shipping
4. Smoking dates are set in advance
5. The smoking date is the shipping day
6. Shipping is carried out by Inpost - Paczkomaty, cost: 17 PLN
7. Orders must be placed at least one week before the smoking date
